Go see our friend Scott @ No Worries Bar in Cabo

noworrys-towerNow that fall has set in, and the temperatures are beginning to drop, we know what you are thinking, “I gotta go where it’s warm!”  It’s ok, we get it!  The Living Like a Pirate Crew suggests a quick autumn pick-me-up jaunt down to sunny Cabo San Lucas.  It’s relatively close—to California anyways, airfare is cheap right now (about $400.00 rtpp), and what better place to embark on a treasure hunt?

Try starting your visit at the newly constructed marina and make sure to stop by the No Worries Bar and Grill.  We were there in August, and I sampled the Huevos Rancheros for $5.99—yeah, five bucks for an authentic Mexican pirate breakfast! Not to mention the Bloody Marys—they were just as good (if not better) than the food, which is not really a fair statement since a Bloody Mary is a meal in glass, but you get the idea

After your meal, browse around the shop where you will find some really great designs on all types of clothing from the No Worries line.  Shhhhh! Don’t tell, but rumor has it that nouveau pirate extraordinaire, Kenny Chesney has been seen Living Like a Pirate and hunting for treasure in his favorite No Worries hat.  And if it’s good enough for Kenny, it’s good enough for us!

There are plenty of hotels, and all-inclusives for you to chose from.  Some are even family friendly, if you chose to hunt for treasure with your pint-sized pirates! Follow the links below to see what suits your pleasure, then check out Cabo for yourself and send us the pictures of your hunt.  You never know, if we like ‘em, we might post ‘em and you might end up the winner of some of our exclusive pirate booty!

Happy Hunting!

You can never go wrong with Bloody Mary’s on the beach, but when you point your bow toward downtown, I recommend docking at Slims Elbow Room. It may be The Worlds Smallest Bar, about the size of your hotel bathroom to be exact, but it is a great place to rub elbows and down shots with fellow Treasure Hunters! Of course if you are a Pina Colada Pirate then you might not stay long. It’s cold beer and warm tequila that flow in this port. And if you do stop by, I better see at least one Living Like A Pirate sticker on the wall or you’ll have a case of scurvy waiting for you stateside!
